FINISHING HELPER (i-temp)
1:55 PM to 12:20AM (Monday thru Thursday--4-10's)
Performs hand collating and other manual tasks in Bindery. Catches completed signatures or printed pieces at delivery end of binding equipment. Assists in cutting, folding, collating, stitching, and binding of jobs. Sets up and operates punches. Performs padding procedures. Performs other binding operations: eyeleting, round cornering and laminating. Responsible for the operation of power drills. Assists in clean up and keeping immediate work area neat and orderly. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand of extended periods of time.
PRESS HELPER / FEEDER TRAINEE
6:00 pm - 6:00 am (Monday - Wednesday; rotate to Thursday - Saturday), Assist with make ready, start up and operation of the press. Perform press cleanup to include washing blankets, blanket cylinders, impression cyclinders and other areas of the press. Preform preventative maintenance including lubricaton, roller inspection and deglazing, new blanket preparation, clean water tanks and make roller changes. Use the floor shop data collection terminals to track production activity. 2+ years press feeder experience.
KITTING (I-Temp)
1st Shift; Monday – Thursday 5:20am – 3:45pm (4 openings),
2nd Shift; Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 1:55am (6 openings),
Weekend Days; Friday – Sunday 6:00am – 6:00pm (8 openings),
Weekend Nights; Friday – Sunday 6:00pm – 6:00am (1 opening).
Candidates must be able to take direction, communicate effectively, work cooperatively with co-workers, and understand a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Good listening skills and basic math skills a must.
Customer Service Representative
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for taking incoming jobs from the sales staff and becomes the key person in processing these jobs. This person will organize and review each job thoroughly and carefully, compare the job to the corresponding estimate, provide in-house support for the sales force when a customer has a question or requires information, and should maintain open lines of communication between customers, sales, and plant on all jobs-in-progress. Candidates must have 3-5 years prior experience as a CSR in the printing industry. POP/Kitting experience required.
Kitting Support
Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Move and prepare materials for shipment/storage in coordination with the Shipping and Warehousing teams; Responsible for overall cleanliness of department which includes transporting trash and waste to disposal areas, and assist with general warehouse housekeeping needs.
Digital Finisher
Monday – Friday 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm. This position works in the Digital/Screen Printing area. Primary responsibilities include finishing product to size which may include hand cutting/trimming or operating digital flatbed cutting/routing equipment. Sewing, welding, and grommet work may also be performed. The position is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the shop floor for the finishing and digital printing areas (sweeps, empties dumpsters, garbage, etc.). General computer experience highly desired.
Digital Press Operator
Monday - Wednesday 7:00pm – 7:00am.
This position is responsible for all aspects of operating large format digital printing equipment to Imagine! production and quality standards, within budget and on time. Daily activities will include operating equipment, producing project to specifications, within budget and within expected timeframe, accounts for all labor and material consumed on job by job basis, maintain equipment for optimal printing conditions (ie: head cleaning, calibration, alignment and trouble-shooting), monitor output quality through course of a run, perform printer physical maintenance as necessary per manufacturer warranty information.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in computer graphics applications, including Windows Operating Systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to calibrate and linearize equipment
• Ability to follow and document procedures
• Must be dependable, accountable and demonstrate initiative
Maintenance Mechanic
HOURS: 3rd shift; Monday – Friday 10:45 pm- 7:10 am. Performs scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair work to facilities and equipment. Consults with departmental manager on repair scheduling and production delays. Makes regular daily visual inspections of building, grounds, facilities, equipment. Follows up on and studies recurring failures in an effort to find solutions. Brings all problems that do not have a visible method of immediate solution to the attention of department manager. Maintains presses, folders, bursters, inserting machines, labeling machines, collators, and other equipment. Trouble-shoots problems with production equipment and takes measures to solve the problems. Paints and cleans areas or machines as directed. Makes electrical repairs. Performs preventative maintenance activities such as sharpening knives, replacement of rollers, lubrication, and other repairs. Performs safety measures in the design and installation of equipment. Performs work to ensure procedures are within safety and governmental compliance. Informs co-workers of precautions and equipment. Trains others in the use of protective equipment when required.
· Ability to lift medium to heavy work loads (50 pounds) frequently.
· Job involves standing most of shift with light bending and stooping required.
· High school diploma with experience in facilities maintenance. 5+ years experience.
· Good mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills.
· Ability to read and understand oral/written instructions and communicate through e-mail.
· Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions.
· Specialized training in carpentry, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and electrical fundamentals (at least 2 years)
· Extensive knowledge of all production processes, activities, equipment, materials, products and personnel.
· Ability to anticipate problems and head them off.
· Machine shop fundamentals: welding, milling, lathes, precision measurement tools etc.
· On-call two weekends out of eight.
Finish Packager (Flexo)
6:00 am – 2:25 pm; Monday – Friday, 2:25 pm - 12:50 am; Monday - Thursday,
Responsible for ensuring that all packaging components are available for jobs packaged on or at the press and ensuring that product is packaged, labeled and palletized in accordance to job ticket and or customer supplied specifications. Qualifications: Able to work on complex jobs in a fast paced, quality focused environment, able to use problem-solving skills in producing jobs effectively, high school education or equivalent, basic mathematics skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers fractions, able to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions, reliability through attendance, punctuality and attention to workstation.
Kitting Support (Incoming)
3:30 pm – 1:55 am; Monday – Friday.
Perform material movement activities, verify and record counts, investigate quantity/inventory discrepancies. Track jobs in the production process ensuring product gets to Kitting on-time. Close jobs on production report, interact cross-functionally with production departments. Research shortages or missing product. Stage or bin locate product. Manage file folders from each job.
Check job sequence on the print ticket to ensure all processes are complete. Produce barcode labels for count verified product and close shipping lines in PSI for all count verified product.
Qualifications: Ability to operate power equipment. Able to read a ruler and have good math skills. General knowledge of production sequences and working knowledge of PSI and E-ticket.

Accountable for maintaining and expanding annual profitable sales. Ideal candidate will possess knowledge of printing processes and capabilities, sense of design and color, proven sales aptitude (7-10 years experience in printing) - experience managing a significant book of business ($1.5 – $2.5M), self-starter and problem solver.
